I have had the craziest summer so far, y'all. I've been on four big trips so far to see my bf, a huge Paris trip (details coming soon), weddings etc - like I've been on a plane for over 30 hours in the past month... racking up those frequent flier miles like its my job! I don't know about you, but when I get ridiculously busy like this my mind starts to spaz out. Like, I can't even form coherent thoughts I'm so spaced.
One thing that has helped me stay sane is having my schedule, meal plan, and exercise schedule all together right in front of me. I'm a huge fan of writing things down because I feel that the action helps solidify my thoughts (PTL). I have been using The Timeless Planner by Lauren James to track my health goals, daily tasks, and meal plans! It is called "timeless" because the planner lasts a full year no matter when you get one! Buy one whenever you want and fill in the days of the month yourself! This is perfect because I always find myself accidentally wasting a few months of the planner due to not buying it when it starts. Other features include:
